Mission Statement 

The mission of the Bradford-Sullivan Child Care Network is to engage the two communities of Bradford and Sullivan Counties in a planning process that will result in improved quality and increased capacity of early care and education to support all children with nurturing, safe, healthy and developmentally appropriate environments.
